Mountain Training England has delivered leadership qualifications in mountaineering and climbing for candidates and centres from England since 1964.

The qualifications administered by Mountain Training England are: Mountain Leader, Hill and Moorland Leader, Lowland Leader, the Expedition Skills Module , Rock Climbing Instructor, Climbing Wall Instructor and Climbing Wall Development Instructor.
